This policy applies to all purchases of GEOFENG ready-made printable pattern packs and custom Photoshop graphic, UI & UX design commission services. All design products are digital downloadable files, no physical goods will be shipped.

1. Eligible Return & Full Refund Situations

• Stock pattern asset packs: You may submit a refund request within 24 hours after payment, only if zero design files (PSD/PNG/PDF) have been downloaded, saved or shared. A 100% full refund will be approved after review.
• Custom exclusive design orders: If our team fails to deliver any draft or finished design within 7 working days without prior advance notice, you can apply for a full refund regardless of file access status.
• Minors under 18 years old who place orders without guardian consent will receive a complete full refund once verified.
• Severe deviation from your core agreed design requirements that cannot be fixed via repeated revisions qualifies for full refund after team confirmation.

2. Partial Refund Scenarios

• If you cancel a custom design project after we finish half of the agreed artwork drafts, we can offer a negotiated partial refund up to 50% based on the completed design workload.
• When partial files in a stock pattern pack are corrupted, missing or unusable, we will either reissue intact complete assets or provide a 30%–70% partial refund calculated by the proportion of damaged content.

3. No Return & No Refund Circumstances

• More than 24 hours have passed since you completed payment for stock pattern packs.
• Any design source file from stock packs has been downloaded, forwarded or stored on your device.
• The first sketch draft of your custom design has been delivered, and revision communication has started.
• You propose massive changes to core themes, product usage or style demands after design work begins, then request order cancellation.
• Your design requests contain NSFW, infringing, illegal, harmful or copyrighted stolen content.
• Disputes caused by your own misoperation, such as mistakenly purchasing mismatched pattern asset packs.
• Orders where free revision rounds have already been fully consumed.

4. How to Submit Return & Refund Applications

Option 1: Open a detailed support ticket in our Discord #Support channel within the valid application time frame.

You need to attach your order ID, payment screenshot and clear description of your refund reason. Our admin team will review all requests during official support hours.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund application gets approved, funds will be returned to your original payment channel within 3–7 working days. The exact arrival time depends on the processing speed of your third-party payment platform.

6. Anti-Fraud Regulation

All fake refund claims, forged payment screenshots and repeated malicious refund demands will be directly rejected. We will restrict your Discord server access permissions in accordance with our community guidelines if fraudulent behavior is confirmed.
