Non-identifiable anonymous data: Server chat logs, message timestamps and feedback content that cannot confirm your unique identity.

- Process custom design orders, communicate draft revisions and deliver finished design source files.
- Respond to your consultation, return, refund and after-sales tickets via the official support channel.
- Archive order records to ensure exclusive custom artwork will never be resold to other clients.
- Send necessary service reminders including draft updates, file delivery and support hour notifications. We will never send unrelated advertising messages using your personal information without your clear written permission.
3. Information Sharing Rules
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third-party merchants, advertising platforms or agencies.
Your information will only be disclosed under mandatory legal requirements or payment dispute resolution with authorized payment service providers.
4. Data Storage & Security
All your design drafts, reference materials and personal order records are stored with encryption protection. Internal staff access to customer data is strictly limited.
You can submit a support ticket to apply for permanent deletion of all your stored personal and design-related data at any time.
5. Your User Rights
You have full rights to view, modify or delete all saved personal information by opening a ticket in the #Support channel.
6. Minor User Rule
Our design services are only available for users aged 18 and above. Any order confirmed to be placed by an underage minor will be canceled immediately with a full refund, and no design files will be delivered.
7. Policy Update Statement
We reserve the right to revise this privacy policy. All updated clauses will be posted in the Discord announcement channel, and new terms take effect immediately after release.
